Sourcing & Procurement
SupplierSelect Request For Proposal (RFP) software reduces the
administrative overhead of supplier evaluation & selection projects. Questionnaire template
re-use, automated scoring, and exception-processing scoring contribute to a
more efficient and less error prone process. Read more about SupplierSelect for
sourcing projects.
Consultants
In addition to its comprehensive eRFX (electronic RFx) functionality, SupplierSelect has some unique features for
sourcing and procurement consultants. Questionnaire reuse for the consultant
and response management tools for bidding suppliers provides efficiencies for both parties whilst improving the quality
of research provided to the client.
Four Step Process
Unlike email, documents and excel rfp spreadsheets, SupplierSelect
rfp software manages the entire evaluation process in
a single, integrated, multi-user, web application.
1. Create Project
Define your evaluation criteria, and add supporting file attachments -
documents, pictures, and diagrams.
2. Invite Suppliers to respond
Pick suppliers from your private address book, or invite by email.
Publish public projects announcements through SupplierSelect
or 3rd party service.
3. Respondents answer online
Respondents can have multiple people working online, answering different sections and
questions in the questionnaire, and uploading supporting documentation.
4. Score, analyse and compare respondents
Supplier responses are automatically aggregated to support comparative scoring, weighting,
and evaluation through graphical charts. Data can be exported to XML, CSV or Excel rfp formats.
Select a single supplier or create a shortlist. Optionally, provide supplier feedback.
